News From Tamarack Lodge

We would like to thank all the people who came to Tamarack Lodge this past year. It was our best season ever.

We hope to get some more work done at Tamarack in the coming year. We finished jacking up cabin 8 before we left and added a new porch. We would like to add lattice work to all the cabins and finish painting as many of the cabins as we can next season. The cold and wet weather we experienced last season put us behind schedule. Our goal is to make Tamarack Lodge a place that once you have been here you will want to return again and again. We want to make your precious vacation time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible but still maintain the laid back remoteness of “ a small island in Canada”. Our favorite times are in the evening when people gather in the lodge to talk about the days fishing, play cribbage , or with our English springer Millie.

We want to wish everyone a safe and healthy New Year. We look forward to seeing you next season.
